In compliance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on Personal Data Protection (hereinafter, LOPD by its acronym in Spanish), the ASSOCIATION OF REAL ESTATE DEVELOPERS OF THE PROVINCE OF ALICANTE (hereinafter, PROVIA by its acronym in Spanish) informs users of this Website concerning the following:

  1. Data collection. Data provided by users as a result of using and requesting the different services offered through the Website accessed via the URL address www.provia.es and, particularly, those provided by submitting a Curriculum Vitae, will be automatically processed and incorporated into the corresponding file, regarding which the ASSOCIATION OF REAL ESTATE DEVELOPERS OF THE PROVINCE OF ALICANTE, with registered office located at calle Reyes Católicos nº 31-35, 4º A (Edificio Rex), 03003 ALICANTE, SPAIN, will act in the capacity of data controller.
  2. Truthfulness of the data. When it is necessary to provide personal data in order to use or request a service, users guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy, authenticity and validity of such information. In this sense, users are required to keep the data updated in such a way that this data reflects current facts at all times.
  3. Acceptance of this privacy policy. By providing personal data when requesting the services offered through this Website (and, in particular, data provided by submitting a Curriculum Vitae to PROVIA) or by sending it through any other means, users declare that they fully and unreservedly accept the incorporation of the submitted data into PROVIA’s files and their automated processing, under the terms stipulated in this document.
  4. Users’ rights. Users may at any time exercise their rights of access, correction, cancellation and objection to the collection and storage of their data. These rights may be exercised by sending an e-mail to provia@provia.es or by fax to (+34) 965.928.511 or by writing to the address of PROVIA, indicating “personal data” in the subject line.
  5. Data use. Registered data may be used for the normal development of the operation agreed with the user, administrating, managing and improving the services offered by PROVIA, as well as for preparing or offering other operations or services related to real estate development that may be of interest to the user in the future. They may also be used for statistical purposes and to send business or promotional information related to these services, among other activities.
  6. Sending communications by e-mail. The e-mail address provided by users during the subscription process, or when accessing any service offered on this website, may be used later by PROVIA to send business and promotional information. Users may automatically revoke their consent at any time by sending an e-mail to provia@provia.es.
  7. Data transfer. By providing personal data when requesting the services offered through this Website (and, in particular, data provided by submitting a Curriculum Vitae to PROVIA) or by sending it through any other means, users declare that they fully and unreservedly accept that such data may be transferred, where appropriate, to any of PROVIA’s member companies or companies that may join PROVIA in the future, in order to offer users personalised service according to their needs in the field of property development, as well as any other services provided by PROVIA’s members. CVs received will be processed for the eventual selection of personnel for our partners, in which case, CVs will not be sent without the candidate’s express authorisation.

Users may, at any time and absolutely free of charge, revoke their consent by sending an e-mail to provia@provia.es indicating their wish not to transfer their data under the conditions outlined above.

  1. PROVIA’s obligations. It agrees not to collect unnecessary information concerning its users and undertakes to process with extreme diligence the personal information that may be provided, complying at all times during processing with the non-disclosure obligation related to user-provided data. In addition, PROVIA agrees to adopt at all times the technical and organisational measures legally required to prevent the loss, alteration or unauthorised access to the data, implementing for this purpose all the technical means and systems at its disposal, taking into account the state of technology, the nature of the data stored and the risks to which they are exposed, whether from human action or from the physical or natural environment. However, users should be aware that security measures on the Internet are not impregnable.
  2. Amendment of the Privacy Policy. PROVIA reserves the right to amend at any time its processing and security policy related to personal data, always respecting the current legislation on data protection. This will be subject to prior communication to the interested parties, either by publication on this page or elsewhere on the Website, or by any other means of communication or dissemination deemed appropriate.
